Mom’s Swiss Steak recipe

i pick  mom's swiss steak recipe  to make it in this weekend i love it cause it's yamiii it's easy and not take to much time i hope you like it .
Mom’s Swiss Steak recipe.

ingredients :

2 lb. Round steak
2 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbs. Catsup
2 Tbs. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Salt
6 Tbs. Flour

method :
Pound about 6 Tbs. Flour into sides of steak. Brown steak in hot fat in a
skillet. Add all ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat or in the oven at 300ofor
about 2-2 1/2 hours or until tender.
Uncover last 15 minutes to cook down to a thick sauce.
