Food is the gift from the gods but one of the most delicious dishes ever created on earth used chocolate and booze as a base for one of the most sinful meals on the planet. But its uniqueness being a small bite size piece of chocolate with a good dose of alcohol mixed in. Adults in your party will want more each time they take a bite of that brown round figure. You no longer need to get the vodka and Hennessey because most of your guest settles for the subtle taste of alcohol in chocolate.

Knowing the components and how to measure ingredients are important in food preparation. Because imbalances in the measurement of food could make a dish taste off and weird to the taste buds. It will get sent back to the scullery and your reputation will be marred.

Keep in mind your budget and always choose the best ingredients in the market. Because good food highly depends on the quality of ingredient. You do not expect to eat good meals with cheap and tasteless ingredients, right. What you will need is a bar of good chocolate which can be semi sweet or fully sweet.

Actually melting is fairly easy too. You simply have to prepare a stainless steel bowl free from water and moisture. Set it atop a simmering pot of hot water and place inside the chopped pieces of chocolate occasionally stirring it. Once it has completely melted that you pour in the wines and maybe a few more, but remember to increase or decrease the substances so you know you will not wake up with a hang over later.

Now that everything has been melted and mixed thoroughly you take out from the heat. Put it on top a cool table and grab out a spoon and took a good amount of melted chocolate into your plastic protected hands and start rubbing and forming the sweet into something round, and then you add some sugar or other coating to enhance the look.

Once it cools down be sure to have a plastic hand wrapper to keep your flesh from contaminating the food. Then with an ice cream scoop start forming balls and roll each one into a parchment paper lining a cookie sheet with coating of choice you want on your truffle. And finally line all the inside the refrigerator for twenty four hours. Most truffles have a shelf life of three days and on the fourth day this could be served or eaten on the third day. Now do you still think that making meals are troublesome, not really, so try it anyway.
