butter sauce
hello dears let's try to make easy fast butter sauce , can use it with duck ,meat , turkey,  first we need .
1/4 of butter
1/4 cream frech (for cooking)
2 tea spoon of vinagre
salt
pepper
method :
melt the butter and add the cream frech with vinagre whisk together on slow heat then add the pepper and the salt let the sauce on the heat until get thick. before i forgot you can use the quantity you need to make this saucee enjoy it .
