Easy One Dish Chicken Recipes

Even if you do not have sufficient time to prepare complicated dishes, it does not mean that you cannot eat healthy, freshly prepared food. Using just a few simple ingredients, you can prepare simple, but really tasty meals. Here you will find several one dish chicken recipes, really easy to prepare and simply delicious.

Cheese and cream chicken steaks are really easy to prepare. You need one pound of small cutlets, olive oil, spices, one cup cream and one cup of grated cheese of your choice. Fry the steaks until golden, pour combined cream and cheese over them and place everything in preheated oven. Season with pepper and salt, but you can also add your favorite spices, especially ground paprika. Bake for maybe fifteen minutes and serve with fresh salad.

Simple paella. For making this simple paella, you need two cups of meat, one cup of chopped onions, one green, red and yellow peppers each, a few small tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil and two cups of rice. Fry the onion on two spoons of oil, add the meat, fry, add the peppers cut into strips, tomatoes and rice. Add salt, pepper and herbs of your choice and add water or stock.

For preparing chicken kebabs, on your grill or in the oven, you will need two pounds of meat cubes and vegetables cut into cubes. You can use onions, peppers and zucchini, but you could also take some other vegetables of your choice. Combine all ingredients and season them with salt, pepper and herbs. Add some oil. Simply stack all ingredients alternately on sticks and bake.

If you like drumsticks, try this simple recipe. Simply place your drumsticks in preheated oven for about fifteen minutes. Cut one pound of potatoes, one onion and one zucchini into cubes and add all ingredients into the pan. Bake for thirty minutes or so, until done. Serve with your favorite salad.

Cream soup with vegetables. You need a pound of chopped meat, one carrot, one cup of peas, one cup of cream, broth, spices and a little chopped dill. Cook meat and vegetables in broth. When all ingredients are soft enough, add the cream and chopped dill. Cook a few more minutes, and delicious soup is ready to serve.

Delicious tortillas with fresh vegetables. You need one red and one yellow pepper, one larger onion, a dozen small tomatoes and two cups of meat, salt, pepper and spices of your choice, and four tortillas. Cut all the ingredients into thin strips. Half of the total amount of vegetables set aside, and the rest fry with meat. Spice up. In each tortilla put the fried ingredients and add fresh vegetables.

Summer plate is also really easy recipe. Cut three cups of meat, peppers, carrot, egg-plant and zucchini into strips and simply fry everything on some olive oil. It is done really quickly, and tastes great with a large bowl of fresh salad. Eat healthy and delicious food that is really easy to prepare and enjoy. Anyone can do this in no time at all.
