Yes, you read it right. Champagne Truffles are soft candy that is made from chocolates and mixed with special type of alcohol like champagne. In New York City, there are a lot of shops that sells or offers it. Because of the ingredients that it has, it is a little bit expensive. So here is a guide on how to make your own.

You should check the ingredients first. It does not need to be expensive or rare. Remember that the ingredient that can be found in your own kitchen can make you a creative cook. If this is your first time trying out the truffles, then you just take your time. Do not be in a hurry.

The first and the most important ingredient is the chocolate. There are different kinds of it so it is up to on which kind of chocolate would you like. Usually they choose the dark chocolate but this is just a suggestion. Be aware of the quantity of the chocolates since this will determine the quantity of your truffles.
