Food is everything in life. It is a pleasure to eat good food and more so in Miami, FL where varying tastes abound. This is something that doesn't require a lot of preparation if you are stuck for time. This is a healthy meal as opposed to going out and eating cheap burgers. Timing is the problem though in fulfilling the needs of all especially when arriving home late at night and there just is not enough time.

When in doubt stick to basics that everyone will enjoy. It all depends who the eaters are and how fussy they can be. It usually becomes apparent what is liked or disliked. Cooking should not be a chore but it can become one. Having family members helping out is a good exercise should you get this right as it decreases the workload and makes the experience all that more worthwhile.
