moroccan cabbage salad

hello dear friend and welcome in my blog today i'm going to show you how to make cabbage salad in a morroccan way let's starting with ingredients .

ingredients :

1/ cabbage 
2/ tea spoon of paprika 
3/ tea spoon of cumin 
1 / tea spoon of salt 
3/ tea spoon of vinegar 
1/ peace of garlic 

method :

first we have to boil water then cut the cabbage in a four pieces , throw the four pieces of the cabbage in the boil water, leave it for 10 minutes , after 10 minutes take the  cabbage ;
in a hot skillet  drop the cabbage and add the cumin and the paprika the salt the garlic the vinegar combine it together , this dish serves cold and hot .
