My Favorite Recipes With Olive Oil

Just about everyone knows, that to stay in good health, you need to get your omega 3 fatty acids. While there in other ways of doing this, to include supplements and certain foods, olive oil as one of the best ways. You can cook with olive oil, and it's a great replacement for some of the other ingredients in your cooking. You can fry, saut, and mix fry with olive oil. You can put it in salads along with vinegar and you obtain a great filling. Some people use it as a bread dipper.

The type you use depends on your personal taste. Extra virgin olive oil is great for both cooking and salads, as is also beneficial for your health.

One important aspect about well that you need to keep in mind is, you do not one over see that as this tends to destroy the taste.

As it is easy to see, many people have designed their own preferred recipes including olive oil. One of the favourite recipes is porcini mushroom soup. Mushrooms combine well with many things. In this recipe, they're alongside rosemary, garlic, shallots, and extra virgin olive oil.

The ingredients are as follow.

2 ounces of dry porcini mushrooms 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon green rosemary finely chopped One of pounds little new potatoes cut into 1/3 inch parts Three big cloves garlic well chopped 1 to 2 teaspoons of condiments

The shallots are sauted in a huge thick- bottomed pot. After that, you should put the potatoes and rosemary. After that, you add the remaining olive oil and cook for 3 minutes. Next, you add garlic and porcini, and add 4 cups of water and salt. You bring it to a simmer and prepare it for 10 minutes. You want the potatoes you are about to cook to be soft.
