Allowing EV Olive Oil For Frying Purposes

You may be looking at the title and wondering just how accurate this is. It's clear that EV olive oil is considered to be one of the most healthful substances imaginable but one has to wonder if it can work well at higher temperatures. If this is case, is it possible that frying can be done as well? It may be difficult to see for those who are new to the game but I believe that there are many aspects that make this path all the more enticing for cooks.

It's clear that EV olive oil has a number of healthful aspects but what about those related to taste? Are they going to translate in the same fashion?If this is concern, you can rest assured that this oil type is able to bring a greater element of flavor. In addition, your food will have another layer of moisture added, which plays into how nicely your taste buds accept it. Even though it is more than worth jumping into cooking with this oil type, make sure that you understand the element of temperature well. However, only those who are mindful of the many aspects of the cooking process will benefit from it. Smoke points and all, do not make the mistake of assuming that this oil type cannot work.
