BAKED CHICKEN FOR ONE

i'm fans of chicken , because i find the  chicken from the easy and the fast meat you can prepared that is why i pick this recipe to share it with you i hope you like it .

BAKED  CHICKEN  FOR  ONE.

ingredients :



1 (3 oz.) chicken breast, boned &  skinned
2 tbsp. (any brand) bottled diet Italian dressing
you can also ad 1 tea spoon of soya sauce .
 
method :


Marinate chicken in dressing overnight in covered casserole.  Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.  No additional seasonings are necessary.   Will be very tender and juicy,.
